You should download and install Sindhi keyboard on your system if you want to write Sindhi yourself. You can get the downloader here: http://groups.msn.com/sindhicomputing
But, if you only want to read the text in its real Sindhi format, you can only download Sindhi fonts and install on your system and which you can find here: http://bhurgri.com/MBFonts.exe (The installer will itself install all required fonts on your system.)
